The invention, which relates to the field of anchors for boats, consists in creating anchorage surfaces on seals containing liquids for immersion or keeping afloat of floating bodies. This anchorage consists in eliminating all effects of underpressure of the liquid on the resistant element 1, under the combined effects of the cord 2, of the seal 4, of the drain 5.
