<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of using a spare filter for a dust collector, which is suitable for efficiently collecting a vaporized adhesive sheet component, and to provide a dust collector using the spare filter. <P>SOLUTION: The method of using the spare filter includes: a step of using the spare filter for a predetermined period as a means for collecting the vaporized adhesive sheet component; a step of detaching and cleaning a portion of plates 5D, 5E positioned between plates from the foremost steps to the rearmost step among a plurality of plates 5A-5H after the use of the predetermined period; and a step of shifting all plates 5A, 5B, 5C, which are positioned before the detached plates 5D, 5E in the direction of the plate 5H in the rearmost step, and of rearranging the cleaned plates 5D, 5E to the foremost step of the plurality of plates 5A-5H. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
