This therapeutic treatment device (100) is a device for treating a biological tissue by heating same at a target temperature and comprises: a treatment tool (120); a storage unit (123; 187); and a control device (170). The treatment tool includes: a heat transfer unit (132, 134) that transfers heat to the biological tissue; and a resistance element (140) that heats the heat transfer unit by being supplied with electric power. The storage unit stores a time/electric power list. The control device includes: a resistance value acquiring unit (184) that acquires the resistance value of the resistance element; an electric-power supply unit (183) that supplies electric power to the resistance element; and a control unit (180). The control unit: makes the electric-power supply unit supply electric power for state detection during a state detection period; calculates the change in the resistance value during the state detection period on the basis of the resistance value acquired by the resistance value acquiring unit; acquires, from the time/electric power list, the time/electric power relationship corresponding to the change in the resistance value; and makes the electric-power supply unit supply electric power based on the acquired time/electric power relationship after the state detection period has elapsed. |
