PURPOSE: A secondary battery chiller and a heating system using secondary battery operation heat are provided to increase heat-exchange area of cold air flow path and the secondary battery, thereby absorbing maximum amount of heat from the secondary battery and maximizing heat exchange efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery chiller(20) comprises a cooling fin(21) which absorbs heat from the secondary battery cells and a heat radiation fin which is formed on plane perpendicularly. The heat radiation fin comprises a plurality of first heat-radiant pins(22) which is formed in parallel to a direction towards outlet of air and a plurality of heat radiation fins(23) which is connected with the first heat radiation fins and is extended towards outlet of air. |
