METHOD FOR ADVERTISEMENT DISTRIBUTION IN ELECTRONIC BOOK, ADVERTISEMENT DISPLAY METHOD, AND ELECTRONIC BOOK BROWSING TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement distribution method capable of effectively distributing an advertisement without preventing a person who browses a book from browsing the book, and an advertisement display method.

SOLUTION: An advertisement display method for displaying an advertisement on a terminal including a display device for allowing browsing an electronic book and a storage area includes the steps of, as steps of displaying an advertisement when set conditions for displaying the advertisement are satisfied in browsing an electronic book: recording a browsed page of the electronic book displayed on the terminal in the storage area; identifying an object area in the electronic book and extracting target information included in the object area; transmitting an advertisement distribution request including the target information to an advertisement distribution server; and displaying received advertisement content on the display device. The object area includes at least the browsed page.
