<p>PURPOSE: A counting apparatus with a shape inspection part is provided to improve the quality of products by preventing the packing of shape-faulty products by using a shape inspection part and a separator. CONSTITUTION: A counting apparatus comprises an inspection conveyor belt(10), an shape inspection part(20), a separator(30), a counting conveyor belt(40), a shape counting part(50), a packing standby receiving part(60), a packing container conveyor belt(70), and a packing container separator(80). The inspection conveyor belt(10) is connected to an automatic aligning feeder(B) to transfer target objects at a specific speed. The shape inspection part is arranged on top of the inspection conveyor belt to take a photograph of the target objects, thereby determining faulty shapes. The separator is controlled by the shape inspection part to jet compressive air from one side of the inspection conveyor belt so that the shape-faulty objects can be separated. The counting conveyor belt is arranged under the inspection conveyor belt to transfer the target objects dropped from the inspection conveyor belt at a specific speed. The shape counting part is arranged above the counting conveyor belt and takes a photograph of the target objects to determine and count faulty shapes. The packing standby receiving part is connected to one end of the counting conveyor belt. The transferred target objects are inputted in packing containers(P) after being temporarily received in the packing standby receiving part. The packing container conveyor belt transfers the packing containers to the lower part of the packing standby receiving part. The packing container separator is connected to one side of the packing container conveyor belt to separate the packing container where the shape-faulty objects are inputted.</p> |
