PURPOSE: A manufacture of a semispherical type microwell utilizing surface tension and formation of cell aggregation utilizing the microwell is provided to manufacture micro structure including a same size of the semispherical type microwell with cheap cost and little labor by utilizing simple meniscus effect. CONSTITUTION: A manufacture method of micro structure including a semispherical type microwell is as in the following. A fluid polymer is injected into a micro structure including a plurality of microwells, which includes curved surface side, by filling the fluid polymer to the microwell. A part of the fluid polymer is removed from the microwell, and the fluid polymer which remains in the microwell generates a meniscus with surface tension. The fluid polymer generating the meniscus is solidified.
