PURPOSE: A multifunctional apparatus for determining the authenticity of coins and distinguishing the type of the coins is provided to solve wrong recognition operation of similar or fake coin. CONSTITUTION: A coin passes through a coin passing part(10). A coin recognizing part comprises a plurality of detecting sensors(21,22). The plurality of detecting sensors is comprised of signal transmitters(21-1,22-1) and signal receivers. The signal transmitters and the signal receivers are formed on both sides of the coin passing part in cross angle or rectangular direction with a coin passing direction. The signal transmitters and the signal receivers have different height. |
