PURPOSE: A natural inorganic material and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to express antibacterial and antifungal properties. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an inorganic antibacterial and antifungal material comprises: a step of crushing lime stone or dolomite in a size of 20-30 mm and plastisizing at 900-1100°C for one hour; a step of pulverizing in a size of 100-150 um into particles and a mixing with water in a weight ratio of 1 : 2-5; a step of hydrolyzing and drying; and a step of bead-stirring to prepare slurry.
