<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum sealing device capable of reducing pressure in a chamber container to a desired pressure and hermetically sealing a material to be sealed in the pressure-reduced condition. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum sealing device 10 includes: a chamber container 12 capable of reducing pressure therein by a vacuum pump 32; and a sealing device 14 for sealing the opening 24a of a vacuum heat insulating material 18 set in the chamber container 12. The sealing device 14 includes: bellows 16a to 16c elongated/contracted in the chamber container 12 and configured to partition the inner and outer spaces of the chamber container 12 in an airtight manner by communicating the inner space with the outside of the chamber container 12; a pressing base 44 installed at the leading end side in the elongation direction of the bellows 16a to 16c, and configured to press, when the bellows 16a to 16c are elongated, and hold the opening 24a between itself and a receiving base 54 installed in the chamber container 12; and heating units 56 and 58 and a heater 62 installed on the contact surfaces 44a and 54a between the pressing base 44 and the receiving base 54 and heating and joining the opening 24a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
