<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to avoid or restrain noise and/or vibration in an inner rotor type electric rotating machine supported by only one of the ends of the shaft without inviting a significant increase in manufacturing cost or a drop in operating efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The external radius Rr of a rotor 4 is defined by at least one external radius level gap part, having a first part 42 that provides a first external radius Rr1 around a rotation axis Q and a second part 44 that is in contact with the first part 42 on the other side in the axial direction A and provides as its center a second external radius Rr2 different from the first external radius Rr1, and providing a level gap; the internal radius Rs of a stator 6 is defined by at least one internal radius level gap part, having a third part 62 that provides a first internal radius Rs1 around the rotation axis Q and a fourth part 64 that is in contact with the third part 62 on the other side and provides as its center a second internal radius Rs2 different from the first internal radius Rs1, and providing a level gap; and a gap between the second part 44 and the fourth part 64 that face each other is wider than a gap between the first part 42 and the third part 62 that face each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
