<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device, a projection type display device and electronic equipment, in which a conducting part of a pixel electrode can be formed without occupying a large area and without producing large recesses and projections on the surface of the pixel electrode, by using a film formed for another purpose in an electro-optic device even when a special metal for a plug is not used. <P>SOLUTION: In an electro-optic device 100, an insulating film 44 (first insulating film) disposed in an underlay side of a pixel electrode 9a includes a columnar projection 440; and a conducting part 7t of a second electrode layer 7a (conducting layer) overlaps the top end face of the columnar projection 440. An interlayer insulating film 45 (second insulating film) is disposed between the second electrode layer 7a and the pixel electrode 9a, however, the conducting part 7t is exposed on a surface 450 of the interlayer insulating film 45. Thereby, by laminating the pixel electrode 9a on the interlayer insulating film 45, the pixel electrode 9a is electrically conducted to the conducting part 7t. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
