<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning device management system capable of managing air-conditioning devices at low cost and avoiding any security-related impact on the management system. <P>SOLUTION: Air-conditioning devices 101a to 101d and 102a to 102d and a centralized controller 200 are communicably connected by a first communication means. The centralized controller 200 and communication devices 300a, 300b are communicably connected by a second communication means serving as a short distance communication available only between two parties.
