<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce resistance of an electrode finger of an IDT electrode (interdigital electrode) so that an insertion loss of the interdigital electrode is made good (small), when the interdigital electrode is arranged on a piezoelectric substrate. <P>SOLUTION: Insulation films 12 (22) are formed on an upper side of bus bars 11 (21) so that auxiliary electrode fingers 14 (24) have a same potential as those of the bus bars 11 (21) and are in a state where the auxiliary electrode fingers are electrically floated from the bus bars 21 (11). Each of the auxiliary electrode fingers 14 (24) is arranged so as to be connected to each of main electrode fingers 10 (20) striding over the insulation films 12 (22) to extend from the bus bars 11 (21). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
