<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a scribe head, which is appropriate for a scribe line to be formed. <P>SOLUTION: The scribe head mounted in a scribing device 10 and forming scribe lines on a substrate includes a base member 21, a holder holding member 23 mounted in the base member 21, a holder 24 capable of mounting a cutter wheel 42 in a top end thereof and held in the holder holding member 23, and holder rotation control mechanisms 35c and 45. The holder rotation control mechanisms 35c and 45 selectively switch the holding state of the holder 24 to the holder holding member 23 so that the holder 24 is rotationally free around a rotation axis vertical to a work surface, or so that the rotation around the rotation axis of the holder 24 is controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
