PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the aptitude diagnosis device of a security system for diagnosing the aptitude of the security system using a camera.

SOLUTION: An aptitude diagnosis device 10 is installed in a monitoring area 20 corresponding to the photographic area of a camera to be newly installed, and includes: a human image detection part 12 for detecting a person in the monitoring area 20 as a human image 22; an orbit grasping part 14 for grasping an orbit 24 of the human image 22 detected by the human image detection part 12; and a suspicious behavior determination part 16 for determining the suspicious behavior of the person in the monitoring area 20 on the basis of the orbit 24 grasped by the orbit grasping part 14.
