The accessory (100) has a torsion spring (150) including a coil (160) that is torsionally mounted on a base (110) around a torsion axis (A1). An arm (170) is movable in rotation around the torsion axis between a retracted position in which the arm extends below an external plan from the base and a deployed position in which the arm projects from the external plane. An unlocking unit includes a lever (180) that is projected from the external plane when the arm is in the retracted position. The lever co-acts with the arm to release the arm from a retaining unit. An independent claim is also included for an equipment support.
