PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device, which blows up a melted resin positively and smoothly and varies the diameters of the bubbles, by each forming an outer cylinder, a circumferential surface thereof supports the stabilizing bodies of the bubbles, and an inner cylinder inserted into the outer cylinder at an interval in specific structure. CONSTITUTION:The hollow inner cylinder 50 is moved vertically and rotatably to the outer cylinder 40, and a plurality of air blow-off holes 42 are bored in the vicinity of the lower end 40a of the outer cylinder at intervals of equal angles. When a positioning pin 54 is connected to the upper end 40b of the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder 40 is positioned at an upper limit, the air blow-off ports 42 are communicated with an air supply port 11, and a pin 54 is connected into a L-shaped groove 43. When the inner cylinder 40 is positioned at a lower limit, a communication among the air blow-off ports 42 and the air supply port 11 is interrupted, and a direct inflow to a clearance S of air from the supply port 11 is prevented by a valve 55. |
