PURPOSE: An individual quick freezing device is provided to effectively guaranteeing the moisture in objects as the objects are evenly cooled. CONSTITUTION: An individual quick freezing device(1) comprises a case, a transfer unit, a blower(12), and a cooling unit(13). The case comprises a cooling space(10) for objects to be cooled. The transfer unit penetrates the cooling space, and transfers the objects. A blowing motor(121) is connected to the blower, and the blower is installed under the transfer unit. The cooling unit is connected to the blower and an air path, and cools air flowing to the blower.
