<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus etc. for manufacturing a large amount of nanosized fine particles in a spray combustion method. <P>SOLUTION: The fine particle manufacturing apparatus for producing the fine particles by reacting droplets of a material solution in a flame includes: a material solution spray section for gushing a stream of the raw material containing the material solution droplets; a spray control gas gushing section, provided around the material solution spray section, for gushing a spray control gas; and a burner that forms the flame to which the raw material stream and the spray control gas are supplied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
