<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connection terminal device for signal having a predetermined conductivity, good bendability and high contact pressure with satisfactory balance, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In an electric connection terminal device for signal for integrally holding a plurality of electric connection terminals by an insulation synthetic resin, the electric connection terminal comprises a core member being a copper alloy member having a conductivity of more than 20%IACS and a tensile strength of more than 700 MPa, and processed into a predetermined shape by a plastic working; a nickel reinforcing layer for covering a whole surface of the core member and consisting of nickel or nickel alloy occupying more than 10% of a plate thickness of conductive metal parts configuring the electric connection terminal; and a gold coating layer covering at least of a solder mounting part and an electric connection part formed on the nickel reinforcing layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
