<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work vehicle which prevents heat in a filter device side from being conducted to various kinds of members of an upper side, without disturbing air flow from a radiator for cooling an engine, in a work vehicle in which the filter for catching and removing fine particles included in exhaust gas is arranged above the engine. <P>SOLUTION: In the work vehicle, the filter device 34 which catches and removes the fine particles included in the exhaust gas from a diesel type engine 4 is arranged above the engine 4, and the radiator 28 for cooling the engine 4 is provided at a front side of the engine 4. The filter device 34 is arranged above the center of a rear section of the engine 4, and a heat shield cover 38 is provided for covering an upside and a rear side of the filter device 34.
