<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently acquire a light absorption component concentration of a substance inside a blood vessel present in a biological tissue with a wavelength set suitable for diagnosis. <P>SOLUTION: In an electronic endoscope system 2 indicated as an example of this bioinformation acquisition system, narrowband light of a surface layer wavelength set, a middle layer wavelength set, and a deep layer wavelength set is irradiated to an observed region of a detected low-oxygen region, and oxygen saturation degree images Gb, Gg, Gr are generated based on a pickup signal obtained by imaging it by a CCD 33. A wavelength set determination part 80 creates histograms of the oxygen saturation degree images Gb, Gg, Gr, and obtains variance σ<SP POS="POST">2</SP>thereof. The wavelength set determination part 80 determines the wavelength set with which the oxygen saturation degree image from which the maximum value of the variance σ<SP POS="POST">2</SP>is obtained is imaged as an actual-imaging wavelength set. A wavelength set changeover part 81 performs a changeover to the determined wavelength set and makes actual imaging be performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
