<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graft copolymer constituting a thermoplastic resin which is excellent not only in weather resistance, impact resistance, and flowability but also in color-developing properties, and to provide a thermoplastic resin composition obtained from the graft copolymer. <P>SOLUTION: The graft copolymer is obtained by graft-polymerizing 20-90 pts.wt. of at least one kind of monomer, which is selected from an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, a vinyl cyanide-based monomer, and another vinyl-based monomer copolymerizable with them, with 10-80 pts.wt. of a composite rubber composed of 5-50 wt.% of a conjugated diene-based rubbery polymer and 50-95 wt.% of a crosslinked acrylic acid ester-based polymer, wherein weight-average molecular weight of a tetrahydrofuran-soluble fraction of the composite rubber in terms of polystyrene is 60,000 or more, and a degree of swelling of the composite rubber in toluene is 7.0 or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
