PURPOSE: A system for manufacturing a local digital map based on geographic intelligence of picture images and GPS(Global Positioning System) coordinates is provided to maintain the accuracy of the geographic intelligence by quickly updating digital maps of each area every time the geographic intelligence is changed. CONSTITUTION: A GIS(Geographic Information System) server(100) stores data of a generated final update digital map in a DB server(213). A digital map management area server(210) receives the digital map data to store the same. The digital map management area server stores the data of the final update digital map. A local information update terminal(310) outputs the digital map data.
