MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PRODUCING A REGENERATION RUBBER USING WASTE SYNTHETIC RUBBER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing recycled rubber using waste synthetic rubber is provided to prevent reduction of strength and elongation of the recycled rubber. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing recycled rubber using waste synthetic rubber comprises: a step of collecting the waste synthetic rubber and removing foreign materials to prepare a rubber scrap(S10); a step of pulverizing the rubber scrap at a size of 1mm or less(S20); a step of pulverizing the rubber scrap at a size of 10-40 mesh(S30); a step of mixing 85-98 wt% of the rubber powder and 2-15 wt% of oil(S40); a step of stirring the mixture of rubber powder and oil using a stirrer(S50); and a step of pressing and molding the stirred mixture(S60). The oil includes aromatic oil, paraffin oil, napthenic oil, and white oil.
