PURPOSE: A roaster with a water level sensing device is provided to present the convenience for use by facilitating the detachability of a water cooled grill, wherein the water grill is held or separated by a holder of a main body, and inserted into or detached by a water tank. CONSTITUTION: A roaster with a water level sensing device comprises a water-cooled grill, and a water level sensing device(1). The water-cooled grill is provided with a draw-out groove which is formed on the inner side of one of a pair of water tanks and has a packing gland inserted in, and a sensing hole which is formed on the center and has the connection with the inner side of a water tank. A packing cover with a insertion hole on the center of the surface of the draw-out hole is fastened with the surface of a water tank by tightening with a bolt(11). A control unit is provided with a water level sensing device, wherein a water level sensor(13) is inserted into or pulled out of a sensing hole by the operation of a water level control lever(9) to sense the water level of the tank and then to transmit a signal to the control unit. The water level sensing device includes a fixing bracket(19) attached to the upper side of the control unit. |
