FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: method to drill rocks includes feeding a chisel to a well bottomhole, damaging of rock at the bottom hole and drilling of a well interval by striking the chisel, cleaning of the bottomhole from drilling slurry. Damage of rocks and drilling of the well are carried out by striking the chisel with a striker arranged in the electromagnet cavity, with frequency equal to 40-50 strikes per minute, and amplitude of relative oscillations equal to the length of the electromagnet cavity. The device for rock drilling includes a drilling chisel, an impact action mechanism, a suspension mechanism and a chisel lifting mechanism, a sludge pump, a filler, a centraliser, a cable lock, a frequency converter and scissors. The impact action mechanism is made as an electromagnet striker, comprising an electromagnet, the upper end part of the body of which is connected with the centraliser via the filler and the cable lock, and the lower part - via an anvil and scissors with the drilling chisel. At the same time the electromagnet is arranged in the form of a solenoid with a hollow core, in the cavity of which there is a spring and a striker, and the suspension element is arranged in the form of a weight-bearing cable.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to considerably increase efficiency of rock drilling, to reduce material inputs and to increase well drilling depth.2 cl, 2 dwg |
