APPARATUS FOR HOLDING AND CONVEYING SMALL-SIZED WORKPIECE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a device for holding and conveying a small-sized workpiece such as a micro-sized camera lens which cannot obtain a marginal space required for the air-tight contact of a vacuum suction chuck.

SOLUTION: The holding and conveying device 1 has a workpiece stopper 4 for pressing and holding a workpiece to the tip of the holding and conveying device and a guide 3 for positioning the workpiece, and also has openings 5 for ejecting or sucking fluid to generate a fluid flow that directs from the back side of the workpiece toward the holding and conveying device side.
