<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid low-temperature water supply through a hot water tap at the beginning of supplying hot water even when a conventional hot water tap part and a conventional water heater are employed without modification and to achieve an effect of preventing wasted water. <P>SOLUTION: Direct hot water selection switches 43, 62 are provided. A hot water supply pipe 50 includes a first hot water supply temperature sensor 51 for detecting a temperature of the hot water. A circulation pipe 54 for connecting a hot water supply pipe on the downstream side of the first hot water supply temperature sensor 51 and a water supply pipe 30 to the water heater 20, and a water circulation pump 55 are provided. A control part 60 starts the detection by the first hot water supply temperature sensor 51 on receiving selection signals from the direct hot water selection switches 43, 62. When a detected temperature t is lower than a preset temperature T, the hot water circulation pump 55 is activated to circulate the hot water in the hot water supply pipe 50 through the circulation pipe 54 and the water supply pipe 30 to the water heater 20 for reheating. Meanwhile, when the detected temperature t is higher than the preset temperature T, the hot water circulation pump 55 is stopped and a user is informed accordingly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
