摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform frequency compensation with higher accuracy when compared with that of frequency adjustment of temperature compensation operation, while performing the temperature compensation operation. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature compensation oscillator 1 comprises an oscillation circuit 10 having a piezoelectric element 11 and first variable capacity elements 14, 15 connected in parallel with the piezoelectric element 11, and outputting a reference signal oscillated at a frequency corresponding to an input temperature compensation voltage, second variable capacity elements 91, 92 connected in parallel with the first variable capacity elements and having a capacity lower than that of the first variable capacity elements, and a compensation circuit 30 which outputs a voltage changing in accordance with the time elapsed after startup as a startup compensation voltage which converge the voltage into a specified value, i.e., the voltage between terminals of the second variable capacity elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
