PURPOSE: A thin-film transistor array substrate, an organic light emitting display device comprising the same and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to increase aperture ratio by controlling the thickness of a dielectric layer. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor includes a bottom electrode(314) and an upper electrode(317). The bottom electrode and a gate electrode(214) are arranged in the same layer. The upper electrode and a pixel electrode(117) include the same material. A third insulation layer(116) is arranged between a second insulation layer and the pixel electrode and between the bottom electrode and the upper electrode. A fourth insulating layer(19) exposes the pixel electrode.
