PURPOSE: An electric heating device with improved energy efficiency is provided to directly pyrolize water heated with electricity. CONSTITUTION: An electric heating device comprises a distributor(100), a distributor heater(110), a collector(500), a circulation pump(600), an opening and closing valve(300) for supply water, a controller(800), and an opening and closing valve for used water. The collector collects water from each pipe. The circulation pump supplies the water to the distributor. Two or opening and closing valves for the supply water are mounted on each supply pipe, and open and close each supply pipe. The controller receives operation signals from users, and controls the distributor heater and the opening and closing valve for the supply water. The opening and closing valve for the used water opens and closes an outlet pipe(700) which discharges the water from the distributor to the outside. |
