FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to production of meat-and-vegetable preserves. The meat-and-vegetable pate contains beef liver blanched and milled, mince of cooked garbanzo beans preliminarily soaked, vegetable oil, sauteed bulb onions, culinary food salt, spices, carrageenan, by-products cooking broth. The pate contains spices represented by allspice, black hot pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, ground cloves at equitable ratios. The pate components are taken at the specified quantity ratio.EFFECT: invention ensures manufacture of meat-and-vegetable pate with increased protein content and reduced caloric content.1 tbl, 3 ex |
