PURPOSE: A window guidance service system is provided to execute a work program for processing the work of a call client. CONSTITUTION: A number issuing unit(100) issues the number check to a client. A management server(200) provides an assigned waiting number to a number check publishing device. According to a client call command, the management server provides the work program information for processing the selective work of a called customer. A window terminal(300) transmits the client call command to the management server. According to the work program information of a call client, the window terminal executes the work program. |
