PURPOSE: A filter of excrement disposal system is provided to dry washing area of patients by heating and circulating air. CONSTITUTION: A filter of excrement disposal system includes a waste storage box which stores excretion of patients and a filter which is inserted into an insertion guide member of inner upper wall. In the filter, an inhalation grille member is installed, a housing(43) in which the guide groove is formed, a HEPA filter(44) inserted and set up through the upper side aperture of housing, a filtering film(45) which primarily filtered out impurities, and a square box cover member(46) which covers the upper side aperture of the housing.
