<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a checkup method by which the occurrence of a phenomenon in which electrolyte solution is not exposed from an opening is prevented and a subject is checked up. <P>SOLUTION: In a checkup method, a container having an opening and an electrode positioned above the opening is used and a subject to be checked up arranged below the opening and the electrode are electrically connected via electrolyte solution retained in the container to check up the subject. The checkup method for a checkup of the subject is carried out by: exposing the surface of the electrolyte solution from the opening by pouring the electrolyte solution in a preset first quantity through a solution inlet positioned above the opening of the container having a tapered shape that decreases in diameter toward the opening; sucking the electrolyte solution through the solution inlet until it reaches a preset second quantity smaller than the first quantity; and electrically connecting the subject and the electrode via the electrolyte solution in the second quantity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
