<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a host controller device, an information processor, and an event information output method which can output event information to a system memory while attaining power saving. <P>SOLUTION: A host controller device 50 comprises: an event control unit 56 for outputting information of a generated event to a system memory 30; and an interruption control unit 54 for outputting an interruption signal for requesting to execute an event output from the event control unit 56 to the system memory 30, to a CPU 20 executing events recorded in the system memory 30.
