HOT AND COLD WATER COMPOSITE AIR-CONDITIONER

A hot and cold water composite air-conditioner comprises an external heat exchanger (1), a four-way change valve (3), a compressor (4), a water-cooled heat exchanger (5), an electric valve (6), a water pump (8), water separators (9, 10), a heat exchange water pipe (11), an air-cooled heat exchanger (12) and a water tank (14). The heat exchange water pipe (11) is at least one of a capillary water pipe and a geothermal pipe. The heat exchange water pipe (11) is adhered to the ceiling or laid in the upper portion of the floor slab. An upper port of the water side of the water-cooled heat exchanger (5) is connected to an inlet of the indoor air-cooled heat exchanger (12). An outlet of the indoor air-cooled heat exchanger (12) is connected to the water separator (10). The other water separator (9) is connected to an inlet of the water pump (8). An outlet of the water pump (8) is connected to a lower port of the water side of the water-cooled heat exchanger (5). The heat exchange water pipe (11) is connected between the water separators (9, 10). An upper port of the fluorine side of the water-cooled heat exchanger (5) is connected to a right side port of the four-way change valve (3). A lower port of the fluorine side of the water-cooled heat exchanger (5) is connected to a lower port of the external heat exchanger (1) through a throttle part, the throttle part being a segment of a capillary and connected to an electromagnetic valve or an electronic expansion valve. An inlet of the four-way change valve (3) is connected to an outlet of the compressor (4). An upper port of the external heat exchanger (1) is connected to a left side port of the four-way change valve (3). An intermediate common port of the four-way change valve (3) is connected to an air-return port of the compressor (4).
