<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle front part structure that can prevent or suppress the deformation of a dash cross member caused by stress acting on the dash cross member during the turning of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: In the vehicle front part structure, a member reinforcement 110 formed in a tube shape with a flattened substantially triangular cross section has a front end side that is raised upward and joined to the dash cross member 50 at the raised part while a rear end side of the member reinforcement 110 is joined to a floor cross member 30. The raised front end side of the member reinforcement 110 is also joined to a rear end of a front side member front part 72. Thus, the vehicle front part structure secures high mechanical strength and rigidity against a rearward load such as a load in a vehicle frontal collision, thereby preventing or suppressing the deformation of a body caused by such a load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
