PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lumbar pad which alleviates lower back pains by stimulating the entire lower back evenly with a plurality of protrusions though methods, used in an electric appliance which is sold by home-appliance makers and massages and pats on the lower back while a user sits and in a Nakayama massager alleviating lumbar pains with four protrusions while the user lies on the back, alleviate the lumbar pains by applying digital pressure with a few limited protrusions. SOLUTION: The lumbar pad alleviates lumbar pains by stimulating the entire lower back while the user lies on the back and moves the lumbar pad from the coccygeal bone to the lower back and the back with hands. Moreover, the lumbar pad alleviates shoulder stiffness by stimulating a shoulder while the user lies on the back and moves the lumbar pad to the arms with the lumbar pad placed under the shoulder. The lumbar pad alleviates fatigue of legs by stimulating the legs while the user lies on the back and moves the lumbar pad from a part under a heel to a thigh with the lumbar pad placed on a pillow with a height of 10 cm.
