HIGH HEAT RADIATION ELECTROCHEMICAL ELEMENT AND POWER SUPPLY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical element superior in heat radiation characteristics having a high safety even at the time of abnormality.

SOLUTION: The electrochemical element has a coated layer having as a main component at least one kind of particles selected from a group of oxide and a silicate compound. In the extreme-infrared emission spectrum which has measured the coated layer at 100°C, it has a point in which the value of extreme-infrared emissivity exceeds 0.85 in the wavelength range 4-15μm.
