PURPOSE: A gap adjustment device of a die coater is provided to form coating layers having uniform thickness. CONSTITUTION: A gap adjustment device of a die coater comprises an upper plate die and a slot formed between dies of a lower plate. A coating solution spouts out on a film or a glass surface through the slot to form a coating layer. The gap adjustment device of the die coater comprises a reducer installed at the upper plate die along to the slot in a constant interval and a servo motor(20). The reducer comprises a worm(22), a worm gear, a ball screw(24), and ball screw nuts(26,26`). The worm is combined to a rotary shaft of a servo motor. |
