PURPOSE: A seedling pot with a water tank is provided to separately store water from supplied water to the seedling pot, and supplying air into the seedling pot simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A seedling pot(100) forms a top surface opening, and a storage space(110) to store soil inside. A water tank(120) stores water supplied to the lower part of the soil of the storage space. A mesh member(130) is for mounting the soil, and passes through supplied water at the same time. An upper part of a projected part(140) is equipped with the flat surface. Multiple drains(142) are formed on the flat surface. Depends on the height of the seedling pot, the diameter of the projected part expands and forms the surface into declined slope. The inner space of the projected part drains water to soil and forms space(142) for outer air entering path simultaneously. A gauze member(160) is contacted to the lower surface of the water tank to supply water from the water tank to soil. An anti-flotation member forms the projection to prevent damage from the plantation when the seedling pot is planted. The anti-flotation member forms an inclined surface to enlarge the projection throughout the height of the seedling pot. The anti-flotation member is equipped in plural around the perimeter of the seedling pot with certain intervals. The seedling pot is formed with the biodegradable resin.
