<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surge current suppression circuit capable of suppressing a rush current. <P>SOLUTION: A surge current suppression circuit is applied between an AC power source and an electronic device receiving AC power via a first AC power line and a second AC power line. The surge current suppression circuit comprises a first input fuse 11 connected to the first AC power line, and a first air core inductor 12 serially connected to the first input fuse of the first AC power line to suppress a surge current.
