PURPOSE: An X-ray detector with a cooling member is provided to efficiently cool heat inside the detector by arranging a cooling line between a shielding unit and a detector panel, thereby obtaining durability and operation stability. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray detector with a cooling member comprises a detector panel(110), a shielding unit(130), and a cooling line(130). The detector panel is arranged to face an X-ray generating device and detects X-ray beams irradiated on a subject. The shielding unit is arranged to cover a rear surface, a lateral wall, and a front surface; and an opening unit which opens to an image detection region in the front surface is formed. The cooling line covers the outer circumference of the detector panel along a space between the outer circumference of an edge portion of the detector panel and the inner circumference of the lateral wall of the shielding unit; and a cooling fluid supplied from the outside flows in the cooling line. The cooling fluid discharged from the cooling line flows along a front surface of the detector panel from the outer circumference of the edge portion of the detector panel, thereby being discharged to the outside through the opening unit.
