<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating ship ballast water which suppresses the corrosion of the piping of ballast water and a ballast tank. <P>SOLUTION: A ship ballast water treatment system includes a water intake part 1, a main line 2, and the ballast tank 3 installed at the end of the main line 2.
