<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply excellent support force on a surface skin material with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: An upper portion 6a is formed in a curved shape recessed gradually larger backward from a connection portion 6y with a pair of side portions 6b to a center portion 6x in a seat width direction. When the surface skin material 6s is provided in a tensioned state at a seating side of a frame member 6F, one side of the surface skin material 6S is fixed to a bottom of the frame member 6F, and while the other side of the surface skin material 6S is pulled from the upper portion 6a to a rear side different from the seating side of the frame member 6F, with reference to a seatback 6 at the standing time, it is fixed to a fixing section 4d provided in a different portion from an arrangement position of a reclining axis R, and the seatback 6 is tilted to the seating side of the seatback toward a seat cushion 4.
