PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus for recycling asphalt concrete with a surge bin having an air pulse unit is provided to improve the production and quality of recycling asphalt concrete by installing an air pulse unit on the cone portion of a surge bin. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus for recycling asphalt concrete with a surge bin having an air pulse unit comprises a first dryer, a skipper, a surge bin(100), a second dryer, a mixer, and an air pulse unit. The first dryer has a first burner for thermally treating recycled aggregate. The skipper delivers the thermally treated aggregate to the surge bin. The surge bin temporarily stores the delivered aggregate. The second dryer has a second burner for thermally treating new recycled aggregate. The mixer mixes the temporarily stored aggregate and the thermally treated new recycled aggregate with asphalt and additive. The air pulse unit is installed on the bottom end of the surge bin and is composed of an air transfer pipe(200). The air transfer pipe has multiple spray nozzles. |
