The rotator fixing plate is mounted on one side of the lateral surface of a moving subject. The rotary shaft is located in the center of the rotator fixing plate. The bearing is formed outside the rotary shaft. The bearing fixing plate is placed outside the rotary shaft to prevent the bearing from being separated. The rotator is combined to the rotary shaft.
